The room was expensive and i was charged twice -i was told it was a “glitch” and am still waiting on - refund of over 500 dollars. No apologies and couldn’t seem to understand why i was upset

This location is amazing! The rooms are clean and very comfortable, staff is extremely helpful, the gym was a huge added perk with so much equipment and the food I got from room service was delicious. Highly recommend!

When I booked the account it said free breakfast. I was told that was incorrect and I should speak with booking . Com. When we initially went to the room the keys did not work. I had to go back down to the front desk. We asked for a late check out , we got until 1pm but our keys stopped working at 11am the usual check out time. That would have been nice to know and I did tell the front desk this. Only two towels in the bathroom, 4 would have been better . The HolidayInn In Binghamton will be my go to place to stay. I was very disappointed.
